Our method
Berlino Schule uses a communicative approach with a notional-functional method. The aim of our courses is therefore to develop not only a mere linguistic competence (grammar, syntax, phonetics and morphology rules), but also a wider communicative competence. The student will then have the chance to improve the 4 main language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and express themselves fluently in all everyday life situations. The language is seen as something alive, which blossoms and grows in a real context.
All our courses are taught in the target language: our teachers speak and explain the concepts in the language our students want to learn. This applies both to the advanced (B – C levels) and to the basic courses (A levels). Our classes are equipped with visual and audio-visual material which will help you understand all the important notions. English will be used as a common vehicular language only for the first course levels.

Berlino Schule is language school both in Berlin and online. We are focused on German courses, English courses and Italian courses. At our head office, at Gryphiusstrasse 23, we offer super-intensive, intensive, evening, conversation and private classes and lots of interesting workshops: creative writing, photography, photojournalism, theater, film direction, SEO and email marketing, videomaking, illustration. Moreover, we offer language courses for specific purposes: German for architects, for doctors and nurses, Business German, Bildungsurlaub and teacher training for German teachers.

As well as the friendliness of the staff throughout the school, starting with the reception. Thanks to the teacher and their helpfulness, my knowledge of German took a quantum leap.
